Terms of Use

Last updated: 16 June 2026

These terms govern your access to and use of build2launch ("the Service") at build2launch.xyz. By purchasing or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. What you get

For a one-time payment of $39 USD you receive a personal license granting lifetime access to your launch dashboard, including the launch plan generator, checklists, copy templates, tracking and curated resources, subject to these terms and to reasonable availability of the Service.

2. Your license

Your license is personal and non-transferable. Your license key is your credential — keep it private. You may use the Service for your own products and clients' products, but you may not resell, redistribute, or share your license or sublicense access to others.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service to plan or conduct activity that violates the rules of Product Hunt, X, LinkedIn or any platform (including buying upvotes, fake accounts, or other manipulation); (b) attempt to extract, scrape, or resell the Service's content as a competing product; (c) abuse, overload, or attempt to bypass access controls or rate limits; or (d) use the Service for unlawful purposes. build2launch provides guidance only — you are responsible for what you publish and for complying with each platform's terms.

4. Generated content

Plans and copy are generated to assist you and are provided "as is". You should review, edit and verify all generated content before publishing. We make no guarantee of any particular launch outcome, ranking, traffic or revenue. You own the content you publish; you are responsible for it.

5. Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied within 14 days of purchase, request a full refund from the receipt Paddle emailed you (or via paddle.net), and we'll approve it — no questions asked.

6. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change or be discontinued. Your saved plan and progress remain accessible while the Service operates.

7. Payment

Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record and seller of record for your purchase. Prices are shown in USD; Paddle calculates, collects and remits any applicable sales tax or VAT at checkout, so the price you confirm is the total you pay.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, build2launch is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms (for example, sharing your license or abusing the Service). You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your data.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be communicated to purchasers by email.

11. Contact

For order, billing or refund help, contact Paddle (our merchant of record) via the receipt you were emailed or at paddle.net; Paddle forwards product enquiries to us.
